01 Introduction

Welcome to Nabaje. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Nabaje ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Nabaje website, mobile application, and all associated services.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Nabaje account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on Nabaje, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid phone number. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Nabaje account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Nabaje will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Nabaje support immediately.

Nabaje accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person.

04 Deposits

Nabaje accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount on Nabaje is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Nabaje account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your Nabaje account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

  • Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Nabaje does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to someone else.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Nabaje account, except in cases of verified technical error.
  • Nabaje does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Nabaje account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of submission during normal operating hours.

Before your first withdrawal, Nabaje may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and is required to protect both the player and the platform. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method.

  • Withdrawals will not be processed if there are active bonus wagering requirements on your account.
  • Nabaje reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts under security review.
  • Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
  • Nabaje does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply charges on their end.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Nabaje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all Nabaje promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

  • All Nabaje bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
  • Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

  • Nabaje bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Players who are found to be abusing the Nabaje bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Nabaje are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are available within each betting market on the platform.

  • A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation from Nabaje. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid.
  • Odds displayed on Nabaje are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
  • If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
  • In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the time of placement. Nabaje reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.
  • Nabaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
  • Maximum bet limits apply to all markets on Nabaje. These limits are displayed within each market and may vary by sport, event, and market type.

Nabaje follows standard industry practice for the settlement of bets. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of settlement with the relevant bet ID.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Nabaje platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account on Nabaje.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Using the Nabaje platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
  • Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Nabaje platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Abusing the Nabaje bonus system through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or other exploitative strategies.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Nabaje staff or other players.

Nabaje employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Suspicious activity is reviewed by our security team and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Nabaje reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, Nabaje may freeze account funds pending investigation.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned at Nabaje's discretion following the completion of any investigation.

You may close your Nabaje account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10 Privacy and Data
